Minimum application > 10 M$. we manage ECB for corporate @ LIBOR+2% p.a. for the tenure of minimum 3 to max. 10 yrs. we work with foreign banks for Debenture, Mediam term notes, corporate note, stand by letter of credit, private equity, joint venture etc. we access 90 % credit on 20 % cash margin for new project. Minimum project cost -25M$ and above. For real estate sector, we manage safe keeping receipt and then finance 75 to 80 % of face value of SKR @ LIBIR+2% for 10 yrs. we arrange detailed feasibility and market survey report. NO ANY UPFRONT FEES. WE CHARGE 2% PAYABLE ON DISBURSEMENT.
