Ashuli Saini, Restaurant Manager at Romano’s, JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar has been conferred upon as the First Runner Up at the
10th Indian Sommelier Championship by Magandeep Singh, India’s first French certified sommelier and the owner of Wi-Not Beverage Solutions in association with the Austrian Wine Marketing Board. The Championship celebrated a decade of nurturing Indian wine professionals and provided a platform for budding wine servers and sommeliers to showcase their skills and earn a spot in the league of the famed few.
Held in various cities across the country, the competition saw entry candidatures from over 150 participants. Ashuli Saini is the first ever woman to win this accolade ever since the inception of this award. Commenting on this achievement,
