We work with business owners and management teams, who seeks to sell or acquire stake and to raise capital for business growth and offer advisory services like advising on raising capital from Private Equity and Venture Capital investors or raising venture debt, Preparing Investment deck, devising business plans & strategy and executing the same, assisting in business due diligence and assessing business valuation.
