Fundamental to our company and team structures are our belief in a design-led approach we believe that design is by its very nature curious, iterative and subject to refinement and improvement if it is to be successful. On each project, all members of the engineering team are encouraged to adopt a proactive attitude toward solving problems both within and outside our specific areas of responsibility, for the Pre-Engineered Steel Structure and Civil structural aspects of the project. Engineers have always designed para-metrically, in as much as structural parameters are variables; some with known limits, and some not. In this sense, quantifying those parameters is an intrinsic aspect of the engineers skill.
