It was established in 1992 as a partnership firm under the name "The Management Group" and was corporatized as Aryan HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in 2005. We are today a board managed company and have distinguished professionals with experience of consulting and industry as the board members. We have earned a reputation for leading edge expertise in both our practices, have track record of delivering better than the best and high ethics & integrity. We believe search is a serious business and over the years, have continuously invested on our processes to ensure that only Superior Performers get selected on the search assignments handled by us. The net result is that as high as 80% of our current mandates are repeat assignments from our existing clients. In November 2009, we got inducted as a partner with INAC- Executive Search Worldwide . INAC which was founded in 1992 is the 3rd largest player in executive search in Europe and 5th largest in the globe. It is headquartered in Brussels and operates out of 40 countries. We are the only partner of INAC in India and have been inducted after a long process of due diligence. This association will enable us to undertake global searches for our clients and honing our skills & processes in line with the global best practices. Our OCE practice takes a balance view of strategic management and organization development. It encompasses strategy, structure, systems and human processes. The behavioral process is a significant focus of our Capability Enhancement Practice.
